The timeline.
1934
EVER Pharma is founded under the name of "EBEWE Pharma" in Vienna, Austria.
2001
EBEWE became an independent pharmaceutical company by management buy-out.
1956
Part of BASF group of companies and then briefly with Abbott (USA).
2011
Manufacturing site acquired from Novartis in Jena, Germany.
2008 & 2009
EVER Pharma is created with a neurology focus. Oncology-focused business is divested to Novartis in 2009.
2017
Second stage started. EVER acquires Pharmagen CZ/SK.
2012–2016
EVER starts €200M investment in new manufacturing site in Jena. First stage completed and commissioned.
2019
EVER crosses €200M Group sales. EVER acquires the Arneil Pharms in Germany.
2018
EVER acquires Interpharm AU.
2021
Mod II completed, commissions and product transfers started.
